Recently, an ordinary individual customer from a South American country purchased an electric wheelchair product on our platform. From pre-sales product consultation to payment and shipping, as well as after-sales usage guidance, our company provided standard process services throughout the entire process and received very positive feedback, which made everyone in the company very happy!

Compared to distributor customers, the number of individual customers is relatively small, and not every customer is willing to share their ideas, so we rarely directly hear the end user's thoughts on product features and actual usage experience, but this is important.
